Megan Young
Megan is an award-winning elementary educator and Pennsylvania Teacher of the Year finalist with nearly 15 years of classroom experience. She holds a Master’s in Elementary Education, Principal Certification and is a certified Responsive Classroom consulting teacher and leader.
Doug Young
Doug manages communications and branding for professional athletes and was a longtime administrator in Lower Merion School District where he helped lead communications, strategic planning and innovation initiatives. He has been a successful high school coach for nearly 20 years.
